MAJHI VARDI is an online Education and Digital Services platform providing educational digital products, study materials, PDFs, practice question sets, previous-year question papers, templates, software-related digital services, and other digital educational content.

1. Nature of Products and Services

Our products and services primarily fall under the Education, EdTech, Digital Products, Software & Services, and Digital Services categories.

All products are delivered digitally through the email address or other digital delivery method provided during purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our products are digital and may be delivered or made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

However, a refund may be considered in the following situations:

- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive the purchased digital product due to a technical or delivery issue.
- You received an incorrect or incomplete digital product due to an error on our side.
- A technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased product and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Refund requests for other reasons may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

- The digital product has already been successfully delivered or downloaded.
- You purchased the product by mistake or changed your mind.
- You no longer require the product.
- You expected different content after purchasing the product.
- The digital product has been copied, shared, redistributed, published, or otherwise misused.
- The refund request is made after the applicable refund period.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, it may take additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If money has been deducted from your account but your order was not successfully completed, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the payment status and, where applicable, arrange for the product to be delivered or the amount to be refunded.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made multiple successful payments for the same product or order, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.
